Denilson has declared his determination to remain at French side Bordeaux next season.

Reported high wages have led newspapers to suggest that the club may seek to release Denilson, despite coach Ricardo being happy with his performances.

"I want to stay at Bordeaux and for that I am keen to make financial efforts," said Denilson.
